  I'd also like to add that it would be nice to have an GUI to able to copy referenced DLLs into the project locally for deployment purposes. Also it would be good to be able to remove all unused references from the solution.

  The 'References' dialog is a complete failure of the VS product line, AFAIC. I end up having to use a hand-written extension that does away with this insanity.

  Would love to see a launchy-style find UI to the add references dialog.
