Provide customization for test plan, test results
I would like to customize a test plan and add new fields to it. I should be able to customize test result values - like adding Not Applicable to passed/ failed/ blocked. I should be able to customize the test failure reason on a failing test case

The first one (result values) should definitely be made customizable. The second one, in its current state, is a huge handicap for organizations considering switching to MTM for test management that are already using other VS/TFS tools and cannot turn back time to recreate their projects.

The old Test Result list with multiple columns could show stuff like project and error message. I am constantly looking for that info. But more importantly, I could open up an entire window with the results from a single test. Now I just get a tiny part of a window that I cannot even select+copy from.
