Allow users to open a single file multiple times

A single file opened in multiple windows so that different parts of it can be viewed in separate windows for multi-screen users.

        Impressive. In that case, I suggest that you put it somewhere I might actually find it- like the tab's context menu- and name it something I might think actually does that, like "Clone window" or something like that.

        Aleready implemented: In VS use the Window-New window menu item to obtain a new window to the active source file then drag the new Window tab to the choosen screen.
