Connecting to MS Access MDB as an external data source

I think it would be nice to be able to access any database with an ODBC connection, but at least connect to MS Access natively would be great.

You could, alternatively, migrate your Access database to SQL Server (Express) and then use LightSwitch against that. It is even possible to keep the existing Access front-end if you are not replacing it entirely with LightSwitch.

        Hi, Daniel,
I agree with you! Native mdb/accdb connection was propagated by Microsoft on the beta VSLS websites some time ago. Gave you 3 votes.
        Regards, Daniel
