Support application in multiple languages
It is crucial to have possibility to have same app in more than on language ...
Thanks for your feedback! We’d like to let you know that we added this ability in Visual Studio 2012 Update 2. Please read the walkthrough on how to localize your LightSwitch apps to support multiple languages here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/vstudio/xx130603.aspx
Thanks,

Even the express Editions of Visual Studio Support localization. This is in VS since decades. Hard to believe that VS LS does not Support it.

Not an issue for most users, so better spend your effort somewhere else.
For solution, learn English. Or create your own framework to support multiple languages. -

Hello! We need to change the language when we run LightSwitch; sample by a drop down list in upper right corner...the best is that the user can select his own language by settings; check Apple iPad how they did it...NICE!.

I've started using lightswitch but must provide an application in English and Mandarin. Right now the only option is to create two applications as LS doesn't support multiple languages.
As much as I love what i've been able to do in lightswitch this is an obstacle in becoming our LOB dev platform. its a MUST HAVEI appreciate your feedback on the position in LS roadmap of this feature.
Thanks

With Mult-Languages Support, will make more sense to deploy LS apps on Cloud. Looking forward to see this feature release in next version. Merry Christmas...

I support the comment from Jan. I need to run the same application in 5 Languages on different servers. Publishing and maintaining each language as a seperate Application is not an option.

Merged the 2 ideas and updated the title to reflect the suggestion

Thank you for submitting the idea! This one sounds similar to http://visualstudio.uservoice.com/forums/127959-visual-studio-lightswitch/suggestions/2202505-localization-globalization-support. Any objections to merging the two?

I solved this problem publishing the application twice, one in each language and with a different name and directing each user to the preferred application.
