check-in policy descriptions
Thanks to the extra policies in the TFS Power Toys (in particular, the policy to apply only to specific branches), it isn't uncommon to see a number of policies, often using duplicate policies (different settings).
I would like to be able to add a description to the policy, to quickly and easily identify them.

Good suggestion. There are a bunch of improvements we need for policies, and this would certainly be useful.
