include diff in commit alert e-mails
As part of large projects, it is extremely valuable to review code diffs as the are committed. The current project alerts only send the files, but then you have to click through to get to the diffs. Including the diff in the e-mail (ala CVS) would allow interested team members to review diffs in near real-time. This raises the effective developer communication, especially in large global teams.

Great suggestion - I've added it to our product backlog, and we'll consider adding it in a future release.
