Capture frame or video from USB webcam.

Sometimes when testing devices such as mobile phones, tablets, GPS devices, TV's, Saterlite decoders, you require to attach a image of the problem. By allowing a frame capture or even video from webcam will help a lot for non Microsoft PC devices and broaden the market that MTM2010 can be applied to.

        Second this. Especially with tablets coming with Windows 8. You can use a framework like AForge which does work well, but if you want devices to take advantage of capabilities like this then it should be supported in the framework. I've always felt that the framework should have a multimedia namespace (imagine what creative things people could pull off then).
