Change the default column size in the attachment control for TFS work item.
As it exists now, the "name" column is almost 10x wider than the "comments" column. These should be reversed. Yes, they can be changed by dragging the margin and saving the work item, but it would be infinitely nicer to have a new work item open with the proper widths. Plus, the way it is now just does not make sense. You can read the initial discussion and see an example here:

I wanted to edit this after posting it. I realize there is no "proper" width, and it may make sense to someone, but I maintain "comments" should be wider than "name".
