Provide certainty about the future of Lightswitch/Silverlight
The rumor is that Silverlight 5 is the end of Silverlight. Since Lightswitch is built on Silverlight, we assume it will be the end of Lightswitch. Developers want to invest time into a product with a reasonable future. Providing certainty about the future of this product will cause more developers to use it. Thank you.

The existing Silverlight client and upcoming HTML-based client are complementary offerings—the Silverlight client will remain the go-to choice for building rich desktop applications; the user experience focus for the HTML client will be touch-first and optimized for mobile devices. As a companion to the desktop client, the HTML client will be best-suited for browsing data that is created and managed using the Silverlight desktop client.

Silverlight 5 still has no support for 3D acceleration on Mac OS X and I cannot find any official statement about it. I would like some "certainty" on this too...

Well, as Windows Phone apps is also built upon Silverlight, I don't think it's gonna end. It's just the browser plugin part that will end (?) and there will HTML5 take over from now as Flash also is gonna end (confirmed for mobile handsets, but for desktops, I don't know)
