Add Link to Remarks Section in Help
When looking at a class in the online or local help system, the class Members always preceed the Remarks section, which is where the general explanation of the class takes place.
Finding the Remarks section on WPF classes takes a long time since there are umpteen members present.
How about a link to the Remarks section right at the top of the page?
Alternatively, always have the F1 key take you to the Remarks-only page?

You might be able to shorten the scrolling time by collapsing the member sections instead. That would be a few clicks instead of a lot of scrolling. It's described here: http://thirdblogfromthesun.com/2011/02/msdn-library-now-with-collapsible-sections/
