Add the ability to add read only comments to steps
At the moment you can add steps when designing test cases and you can also record comments when executing test cases.
It would be useful if, when designing test cases you could add a comment that would be displayed in a read only form between steps in test runner.
Examples of uses for this feature would be to tell the used to perform an action or make a note of something, which wouldn't be something they necessarily needed to do in the software itself and therefore wouldn't need to be a step that they pass or fail.
