Cheaper License For Personal Edition

Jetbrains (creators of ReSharper) have a great licensing scheme whereby you can buy a personal license of all their software which can be used for commercial work, provided it comes out of a person's funds (and not paid for by a company).

I use Visual Studio every day and am frankly disappointed with the IDE - MS seem to be more interested with ticking feature boxes than actually making features useful. For example, you still can't expand the options/settings dialogue box in VS 2010 (so have to scroll through tiny lists of fonts)! The refactoring support is clunky and slow. Navigating around code isn't great. It's a shame there isn't a serious alternative C# IDE like there is in the Java market.

I would prefer to have a cheap Standard Edition of VS that costs around £100 that I can install ReSharper onto and use for commercial work. I don't want to pay £700 or whatever for some half finished IDE that I have to pay even more money to make usable.

Apologies if this sounds harsh, but without ReSharper, VS is sooo frustrating compared to other IDEs such as IntelliJ and Eclipse. A good WYSIWYG GUI designer is nice, but I spend most of my time coding so and the features around coding are either missing or slow and clunky.
