Support for SQL Server 2012
Support SQL Server 2012 as a poublishing database.
Actually trying to publish to a SQL 2012 returns the following error:
Error 4 An exception occurred when deploying the database
for the application.The target database schema provider could not be determined. Deployment cannot continue.
