Support Azure with Visual Studio 11
According to "http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/develop/vs11/"; Visual Studio 11 does not yet support the Windows Azure SDK for .NET.

Visual Studio 12 RC0 works with Azure SDK 1.7 today. Thank you.
