Allow user to configure work days rather than assume M-F

I know its just a preview but here is my feedback for the preview. My team works 7 days a week. TFS in Azure assumes we work 5 day weeks. This should be a configurable setting.

    The weekend days are already a setting, however on the TFS Preview we don’t allow you to modify these settings yet.
    We are thinking what we want to open up to our user base and this setting is a very good candidate.
