Reduce the odata size
The odata size can be reduced significantly, for example, the xml namespace is too long, why not simplify it to a shorter namespace? It's just a waste of network bandwidth.

There's already some plans in place for this from the looks of it: http://www.odata.org/blog/2012/1/19/format-efficiency-take-2-really-clean-json
