We are happy to let you know that we have addressed this suggestion in Visual Studio 2013 Preview. In VS2010, FxCop warnings were in the "Error List" window, where we could order the errors per project, file, description etc. Now in VS2012 we gained the ability to filter the FxCop warnings, but lost the ability to sort them. -- Wasn't it easier to just add filtering capabilities to the "Error List" window, so we also got filtering for free on ALL warnings & errors (including StyleCop warnings for example) for free, without loosing ordering???
