Bring back the MPI Cluster Debugger to VS 2012

In Visual Studio 2010 there is an MPI Cluster Debugger that allows us to debug MPI applications.
It seems that this feature has gone, so please bring it back to make it easier to develop MPI applications on Windows.

This is terrible, why was it taken out? We have serious production MPI code which we recently migrated from developing on Linux to Windows mainly due to the ease of using Visual Studio 2008 and 2010 for development and debugging, and now the MPI debugger is no longer supported with 2012? This would be a big showstopper for us which will force us revert back to using Linux as a development environment. I really hope that Microsoft fixes this soon.

I was shocked to learn that MPI debugging was missing from VS 2012. I guess I'll have to install VS 2010 to get this project finished.

Lack of a cluster debugger in VS2012 would be a serious problem for us. We currently use it in VS2008 and are looking forward to seeing improvements in it when we move up to VS2012 (probably soon). We find it to be a very useful addition to VS capabilities
