UnInstall Utility for VS 2012
Hello
I had a disk failure on the drive where I installed the eval. When I try to uninstall via the control panel, it indicates that it cannot fine the hard drive (which is correct). When I try to repair it, I get the same reason. Heath Stewart wrote one for VS 2010 and I'm hoping that he has one for VS 2012.

Fresh VS 2010 does not build C++ Win32 projects successfully on my machine, I believe due to cruft from VS 2012. "Uninstalling" 2012, 2010, and re-installing 2010 does not rectify. Installing 2010 in a VM works fine - a workaround. My work PC is rendered incapable of building software with Microsoft tools, except in a VM. I do not wish to follow long, manual procedures to repair...

I have an issue with the current installation of VS 2012 and a tool like this would be extremely helpful to help me re-install VS as another test to try to fix this issue.
