Improve the UX.
Many smal, black icons, which looks very much alike and headers in pure capital letters, which makes them more difficult to read reduces the productivity of the users.
At least give the users the posibility to use a 'VS2010' skin
Everyone – please try the Theme Editor in Visual Studio 2012 to customize colors/themes. You can also try using the Blue theme which is very close to the Visual Studio 2010 theme.

Browser metaphor highly inappropriate for most Dev tasks in Visual Studio. Iconography and visual styles confuse me. Bleak and dreadful look overall. What used to be simple is now needlessly complicated to fit the new UX paradigm that does NOT fit my needs as a developer.
If I didn't need .Net 4.5 (which I regrettably do), I would not touch this version ever. Was this new version tested against actual developers for their feedback? Everything unit-test related dreadfully broken (or very complicated ti figure out). -

UX is now disall and costs me 33% prductivity drain. Managing and reviewing pending changes used to be such a simple task. Now it;s a complicated puzzle every time. I now dread reviewing my work in progress.
