See this thread: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/f3edca5c-2b33-4ec7-a9ea-1c5df87fc838/response-time-vs-transaction-time-in-a-load-test-of-unit-tests?forum=vstest

Isn't failing to recognize thread.sleep values in the transaction time a bug? Why would we not want that functionality in unit tests as well as web tests?

How can I get transactions that would recognize thread.sleep as well as the response times and add them all up for me

I frequently compare VS to LoadRunner. Not being able to measure transaction times (to include the think time in the report-out about transaction time) is one of the more serious deficits in VS that I have run across.
