Kanban board: More customizations and usability features

Kanban board should provide additional capabilities so that we can effectively move existing "physical" Kanban using team or from competitive products to TFS. Some important customization capabilities:
Which field to display on the card
Ability to choose number of card width for a specific state/column
Ability to have horizontal swimlane with different states (for different class of services for example)
Ability to access the PBI related tasks as a sub-board

And also usability features:
- functionalities for large display for team board: auto refresh, auto scroll, etc.
- change the priority/positionning of the card directly on the board
- Ability to provide board Template for teams
- Show how related childrens and how many completed (for example 1 of 5 tasks done)
- Ability "minimize/mazimize" columns (for example the "completed" column)
- Ability to generate Cycle time reports in real time within the Kanban board.
- Ability to add Definition of Done for each columns.
- Ability to add Horizontal swim lanes.

Hopefully you’ve seen some of the progress we’ve made here, and more that’s coming. A bunch of our planned updates are outlined in this blog post.

    These suggestions are already possible:
    - Change priority
    - Minimize the first and last column
    - Definition of Done
    - Swim lanes

The other suggestions are all in progress

It's great to hear these important improvements are coming.

I'd very much like to see the cycle time on the individual requirements/stories. I consider this much more important than getting overall cycle time metrics.
Having cycle time directly on stories would allow real time management of story cycle time. Making story age visible would allow us to look for ways to move old stories along, add more resources, etc. and perhaps most important, analyze why this story is taking so long so that we can improve our process/policies (kaizen). So please, please, show the cycle time on the story block on the kanban board. It would be fantastic if this were configurable.

Thanks for the improvements coming soon.

I would add : change the column width for a few pixel less.

Using the board (with collapsed "backlog explorer") on a 1920 px monitor will get an horizontal scrollbar for just a few pixels : the card on "done" is visible but the "white space" right to it is not. reducing colum width by 10px would probably do the trick.

Being able to minimize the completed column and adjust column width would really help us out. Auto refresh would be great too.

It would be good to have Horizontal swim lanes based on Groups of people. For example, grouping by frontend developers, UX developers, testers, Integration Developers etc. These groups can be defined while updating the capacity of the team

I have come from a Jira/Greenhopper background and definitely worth having the ability to custome what can appear on a car on the Kanban board.
