We love Resharper, but this UserVoice site is not really about this kind of thing. I’m going to close this out out as declined, and give everyone their votes back.
thanks,

Hi folks,
Take a look at the VS 2012 Color Theme Editor – it is an option for creating and editing your own Visual Studio themes.

Imho capitalized text should never be used in an UI. It has to do with instant recognition, in fact quite often you don't read the word, you just recognize it through the capitalization (Thats why signs on highways are written that way).
On another note, I miss some sort of visual seperation between the panels. It may be less distracting, but the toolpanels are moveable and customizable because that increases a developers productivity, and the way it looks now, makes it ****** to find the panel I am looking for, especially for panels that don't get used that often.
Further more, I am not that old and I have relatively good sight for spending so much time in front of a monitor, but the current themes put a strain on my eyes after only 5 minutes. Please use enough contrast between background an text, that it is easily readable, since that is what some people have to do for most of their day.
