Ask to configure projects for typescript.

"Your project has been configured to support TypeScript"
Asking to configure is perfectly fine, but just doing it without asking is incredibly disruptive. I have an alternate setup for building/deploying scripts that I need to adhere to and automatically configuring the project like this only gets in the way.
Thanks for the feedback. This indeed seems annoying. We’ll review possible fixes and consider it for a future release.

it's not helpfull, It makes some errors with dll in VS2015
In case it helps anyone, I have discovered that if you leave the lines it has added in the .csproj file, but change the condition to "false", it doesn't attempt to add them again
I'm using Microsoft.TypeScript.MSBuild (from nuget) and I have to revert your changes to get our CI system (msbuild based) to still work. It's really unhelpful

Agreed. This is terrible. I am using gulp to compile TypeScript. I don't want this included.
