VS2017: Support installation nickname for first instance
New installer provides a nickname option but only for the second and later installation stream. The initial installation is always nicknamed "VS2017". Should allow this name to be changed.

renaming additional instances is the main issue IMO, having an instance with the suffix (2) is not all that helpful - thanks!

You can give it a nickname but you need to use the command line argument for it (not great I know but at least a workaround for now)

In addition, the default on second-and-further installations is "2" for the nickname. This is confusing and there's no info for first-time users to what this nickname is all about.
I suggest a tooltip text, or some static text, like "With a descriptive nickname you can identify your Visual Studio installation from the Start menu and use it with VSIX commandline installation as a target."
Instead of "2", it could be Commy2017, Ent2017 or something along those lines, which is more descriptive and self-explanatory than "2".
