nuget package manager in VS should filter by target platform

Customers would like to search by target framework and find packages compatible with their projects. This is to track an API and web UI that enables it.
VS should filter that nuget package listed is for .NET Core or the full framework

This is a critical need when you have over 50+ packages. Also, the scrolling of the NuGet view is choppy and makes it hard to follow when updating projects. You easily lose where you are after updating. In my case, I want to filter on just .NET standard compatible libraries so I can add them to newly added projects, but when you have 30 or so projects to locate (sorting by name vs compatibility type), hunting and pecking is our only recourse; taking a better part of the day to get it completed.

I am developing UWP app and it is very frustrating to see items that are not supported. but to check that i need to click install. Why not simply filter by project type and target platform??
