In VB and C# tooltips (form XML comments) are shown for classes, properties and enum values. It's very helpful. Shown them alson in XAML and ASP.NET editors for elements, attributes and enumerated attribute values (also for extensions in XAML).

Absolutely. This would be great for when we create custom XAML controls with non-standard dependency properties, or giving guidance on how to use some of the more complex converters. In both cases right now I find myself having to look up the class to figure out usage, but many of these things have XML comments on (It's part of the propdp template), and it would be great to see those comments show up in the XAML editor in a similar way to how they do in C#/code editor.
