Add a Start Without Debugging option for individual projects within a solution
Add a Start Without Debugging option for individual projects within a solution. This should be located under the Debug context menu item under the project node within Solution Explorer and optionally all debug/run functionality should also be included under the main application's Project menu for easier keyboard access and for consistency.
There WAS an extension to do this, VSCommands for Visual Studio... but now it seems to be dead or almost. The version for VS2015 is still in beta, and doesn't have this feature.
Can you please do it yourselves? I cannot believe it would be that hard, and it would be useful indeed.
I'm working with multiple projects, including azure-emaluted ones.
It would be really nice to launch my azure project without debugging, so that I can debug my other projects.
+1 VSCommands ftw
+1 on Patrick's comment - VSCommands for Visual Studio are awesome!
There's extension which will do this for you: http://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/a83505c6-77b3-44a6-b53b-73d77cba84c8?SRC=Home
Running into this when working with large multi-service and -client WCF solutions...would be really nice to have.
