Allow "commenting out" activities

The base Activity class should have an IsEnabled property. If true at design time, the WF designer should "gray out" the Activity. If true at runtime, this should cause the activity to bypass execution.

This would be very useful for debugging - the WF equivalent of commenting out code.

    Thank you for the feedback. There is a workaround that you can use to comment an Activity. You can have a CodeActivity with an empty execute method and make the activity that you want to comment as a child activity to the CodeActivity. While this workaround is not clean, it can help in debugging a workflow. Currently there are no plans to add this feature in Workflow designer.

    There are couple typos in in the description.

    If IsEnabled = *false at design time, the WF designer should "gray out" the Activity and also at runtime activity should be skipped.
    This is really nice feature especially for debugging.
