Allow Visual Studio to modify its colors when running under Windows 8 High Contrast Themes
When running windows in high contrast mode, visual studio changes the color theme to "High Contrast" and does not allow it to be changed. This should be allowed if someone wants to deviate from high contrast mode.
I think this is good intentions gone bad. As a VI user, I'm offended that Microsoft feels they know better than I do what I want. Stop messing with my choices and stop forcing me to use the terrible High Contrast scheme in VS2015. I'm partially sighted, not stupid. I still need syntax coloring and I'm quite capable of managing my own color choices. This is absolutely pathetic!
I have the same issue. Why can't I change to Dark?
Regression from VS2010.
