I want to be able to debug remote instance of Service Fabric that re not running in Azure.1 vote
There are no specific requirements to debug a Service Fabric service on a remote node. You can follow the steps described here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/y7f5zaaa.aspx
We do have a feature in Cloud Explorer to remote debug services running on Service Fabric in Azure, but the main job of that feature is to configure networking and installing the remote debugger.
We are not planning on doing anything specific for scenarios outside of Azure for remote debugging.
