Don't auto-complete when "Approved with suggestions" is picked
Currently if the author of a pull request has set up auto-complete and one reviewer makes a suggestion, then says "Approved with suggestions", the PR is still automatically completed. When I say "Approved with suggestions" I generally want the author of the PR to look at and address the suggestions in another iteration before the code goes in. It doesn't seem like the right behavior to auto-complete in this case. I think it would be OK to complete as long as another iteration has been submitted after the approval.

Might be nice if this was a checkbox option when setting the auto-complete

Any movement on this?
