    Maybe like keywords and tags that are in one region should not be contained in another region like header names or prefixes and suffixes or other things between regions need to be different but the structure needs to be consistent.

    And also depending on your language or culture if you read right to left then the structure of the function or method simple points from right to left bottom up etc... So the input would transform into an output for a function. When it nears the end of the function then the transformation is complete and it can not be ready to output.

    the middle part should also be input first and output last...
    c + $"{a} + {b} = {a+b}, " => c;

    Depending on how you connect it will determine if its public or not.

    Fake properties seems very interesting. How about validating properties. It would be nice if properties included extension method of an IValidate interface with only one method... Validate() or Validate(T item) which would allow the extension of this property to be auto validated by the property. Hmmm Maybe do the same thing with Fakes with IFake with Fake this ??? Then I can just say this:
    Property prop {get; set; validate; fake;}
