While we don’t have concrete plans to share yet, I wanted to let you know that we recently started discussions about potentially supporting this scenario.

Similar functionality is implemented in my Task Canvas extension. You click "Add task" and name it Bug-101. Work on it normally, open six tabs as usual. When need to switch to a new bug, click "Add task" and name it Another bug. Work on it and when done just select Bug-101 from the task list - all the right Bug-101 six tabs open and the current state of Another bug is automatically saved, in case you need to return to it later.

As a workaround, you can hide the Publish button with Visual Commander:
