I spend some time to reverse engeneer the vs_profeeesional.exe installer, see https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/vstudio/en-US/3ba7f344-052f-4e83-910d-8c71d27c57b8/visual-studio-2017-installer-versions-confusion?forum=vssetup
You can install
and the current 15.4.3 (08. Nov 2017)
Remark: The postfix "_2017_XYZ_release_ABC" I added for me as information (it would be very nice if MS would add this).
Same with Visual Studio Professional 2017 15.4.0; combaseapi.h c2187
