In the meantime we migrated to Visual Studio 2017 15.2 than to 15.5.7 and now to 15.6.7 and nothing has changed - no styles / CMFCVisualManager available for Windows 8/10 - sorry this is sad.

I spend some time to reverse engeneer the vs_profeeesional.exe installer, see https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/vstudio/en-US/3ba7f344-052f-4e83-910d-8c71d27c57b8/visual-studio-2017-installer-versions-confusion?forum=vssetup

    Summary:
    You can install
    vs_professional_2017_15.00.0+26228.13_release_b3427aecb.exe
    vs_professional_2017_15.00.0+26228.16_release_42504f7df.exe
    vs_professional_2017_15.3.5+26730.16_release_669166430.exe
    and the current 15.4.3 (08. Nov 2017)
Remark: The postfix "_2017_XYZ_release_ABC" I added for me as information (it would be very nice if MS would add this).
